Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 24-hours free trial so you can test our channel quality and server stability before committing to a full subscription.
What is your refund policy?
We provide a 3-day refund period. If the service does not meet your expectations within the first three days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices simultaneously?
Standard plans allow for one active connection at a time. However, you can install the service on as many devices as you like; you just cannot stream on them at the same time unless you purchase a multi-room plan.
Do I need to renew my subscription manually?
Most of our plans are non-recurring to give you full control. You will receive a notification before your service expires with instructions on how to renew for another term.
Are there any hidden fees or activation costs?
No. The price you see on our pricing table is the final price. There are no setup fees, activation costs, or hidden monthly surcharges.
Can I upgrade my plan to a longer duration later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your subscription at any time. The remaining value of your current plan will be credited toward your new, longer-term subscription.
Do I need a VPN to use the service?
While our servers are highly secure and optimized, using a VPN is recommended if your ISP throttles high-bandwidth activities or if you wish to maintain an extra layer of privacy.
Is my personal information safe with you?
We take privacy seriously. We only collect the minimum data necessary to process your subscription and provide support. Your information is never shared with third parties.
Do you log my streaming or browsing activity?
No. We do not monitor or log what channels or movies you watch. Our focus is strictly on providing a stable connection and high-quality content.
How is my payment data protected?
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Is it safe to use this service on my home network?
Yes, our streams are delivered through secure protocols designed to be compatible with standard home routers and firewalls without compromising your network security.
What happens to my account data if I cancel?
If you choose not to renew, your account data is automatically deactivated. You can request a full deletion of your account history at any time by contacting support.
I am experiencing buffering; how can I fix it?
First, restart your router and device. Ensure you are using a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection or, ideally, an Ethernet cable. Buffering is often caused by local network congestion rather than our servers.
What devices and apps are compatible?
Our service works on virtually any device, including Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs (Samsung/LG), Smartphones, and Mag Boxes. You can use any IPTV player app you prefer.
Do you provide a TV Guide (EPG)?
Yes, a full Electronic Program Guide (EPG) is included with every subscription, allowing you to see current and upcoming show schedules for most channels.
What is your guaranteed server uptime?
Our servers maintain a 99.9% uptime. We use a distributed server network to ensure that if one node has an issue, your stream automatically switches to another for a seamless experience.
How do I get technical support if I have a problem?

Can I request a specific channel or movie to be added?
We are always updating our library. If there is a specific channel or VOD content you’d like to see, send us a request, and our technical team will try to add it in the next update.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as secure online payment gateways and Cryptocurrency for those who prefer more privacy.
Will I be charged automatically after my free trial?
No. Our free trial is 100% commitment-free. We do not ask for credit card details for the 24-hours trial, so you will never be charged unless you choose to buy a plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
At IPTVSmarterz, we believe in giving you full control. Most of our plans are non-recurring, meaning we do not use forced auto-billing. Your service will simply expire at the end of your chosen term unless you decide to renew it manually. There are no "cancellation fees" because there are no automatic charges. I paid for a subscription; how long does activation take?
Activation is typically instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your login credentials and setup instructions.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
Declines usually happen due to "International Transaction" blocks by your bank. We recommend contacting your bank to allow the charge or trying an alternative payment method like Crypto.
Do you offer discounts for long-term subscriptions?
Yes, our 6-month and 12-month plans offer significant savings compared to the monthly rate.
