How to Install IPTV Apps on Samsung Smart TV
Install IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, or IBO Player Pro from Samsung Apps, then use the matching Xtream Codes or IPTVSMARTERZ support activation steps to connect your subscription.

All apps listed in this guide are third-party IPTV players. They do not include channels, movies, series, or IPTV subscriptions.
This guide only helps IPTVSMARTERZ customers install compatible IPTV players and connect their IPTVSMARTERZ subscription.
Available options:
- IPTV Smarters Pro: Free app option
- IBO Player or IBO Player Pro: Premium paid app option
You only need one IPTV player.
Option 1: Install IPTV Smarters Pro
Free App
IPTV Smarters Pro is recommended for customers who prefer a free IPTV player.
Important: The Samsung App Store contains several apps with similar names.
Before installing, confirm the app developer is:

Part 1: Install IPTV Smarters Pro
- Turn on the Samsung Smart TV.
- Press the Home button on the Samsung remote.
- Open:
Apps - Select the search icon.
- Search for:
IPTV Smarters Pro - Review the app details.
- Confirm the developer is:
WHMCS SMARTERS - Select the correct app.
- Click:
Install - Wait for installation to finish.
- Click:
Open
Part 2: Select Login Method
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro.
- Accept the app terms or privacy notice when requested.
- Select:
LOGIN WITH XTREAM CODES API
Part 3: Add IPTVSMARTERZ Subscription
Enter the following information:
- Any Name:
IPTVSMARTERZ- Username:
[YOUR IPTV USERNAME]- Password:
[YOUR IPTV PASSWORD]- Server URL:
[YOUR IPTVSMARTERZ SERVER URL]
Check every character carefully.
The username, password, and server URL must match the credentials supplied by IPTVSMARTERZ.
Select:
Add UserOr:
LoginWait for the app to download:
- Live TV channels
- Movies
- Series
- TV guide information
Do not close the app during the first loading process.
Option 2: Install IBO Player or IBO Player Pro
Premium App
IBO Player and IBO Player Pro are premium IPTV player options.
Both are third-party apps. They are not owned or developed by IPTVSMARTERZ.
IPTVSMARTERZ can provide supported IBO app activation through its reseller panel at the same price as the official app.
This helps accelerate activation and playlist setup.
Part 1: Install IBO App
- Press the Home button on the Samsung remote.
- Open:
Apps - Select the search icon.
- Search for:Or:
IBO PlayerIBO Player Pro - Select the correct app from the search results.
- Click:
Install - Wait for installation to finish.
- Click:
Open
Part 2: Find Device Information
- Open the installed IBO app.
- On the first launch, the app will display device information.
- Write down or take a clear photo of:
- MAC Address
- Device Key
These details are required to activate the app and add the IPTVSMARTERZ playlist.
Part 3: Request Activation and Playlist Setup
Send the following information to:
Include:
- Your IPTVSMARTERZ account email
- Installed app name
- MAC Address
- Device Key
- A clear photo of the activation screen
IPTVSMARTERZ support will activate the supported app and add the playlist.
Wait until support confirms the playlist was added.
Part 4: Restart Samsung TV
Once IPTVSMARTERZ support confirms the playlist was added:
- Close the IBO app.
- Turn the Samsung TV off.
- Unplug the TV from power.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds.
- Plug the TV back into power.
- Turn the TV on.
- Open the IBO app.
Your IPTVSMARTERZ playlist should now appear.
After Installation
After the content finishes loading, you can access:
- Live TV
- Movies
- Series
- TV Guide
- Favorites
Allow enough time for the first playlist and TV guide download.
Do not close the app while the content is loading.
Basic Troubleshooting
IPTV Smarters Pro Developer Is Not WHMCS SMARTERS
Do not install the app.
Return to the search results and find the version developed by:
WHMCS SMARTERSSeveral similar apps may use the same or a similar name.
App Does Not Appear in Samsung Apps
- Confirm the app name is entered correctly.
- Search for IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, or IBO Player Pro.
- Confirm the TV is connected to the internet.
- Restart the Samsung TV.
- Open Apps and search again.
- App availability may depend on the Samsung TV model or App Store region.
IPTV Smarters Pro Login Error
Check:
- Username
- Password
- Server URL
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Extra spaces before or after credentials
Do not manually change the credentials supplied by IPTVSMARTERZ.
IBO Playlist Does Not Appear
- Confirm IPTVSMARTERZ support added the playlist.
- Confirm the MAC Address and Device Key were sent correctly.
- Confirm the correct app name was sent.
- Unplug the Samsung TV from power.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds.
- Restart the TV and reopen the app.
Channels Do Not Load
- Close the IPTV app.
- Confirm the internet connection works.
- Unplug the Samsung TV from power.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds.
- Restart the TV.
- Reopen the IPTV app.
- Allow the content to load.
App Is Slow or Freezing
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart the Samsung TV.
- Remove unused apps if the TV storage is low.
- Confirm the internet connection is stable.
Do not use a VPN unless IPTVSMARTERZ support specifically asks you to use one.
